At Just Write we handle more basic divorces. (non-contested) When both parties are in agreement with each other and have decided to part ways amicably, it is a simple matter of specific paperwork being presented to the court, a waiting period, etc. We walk our clients through the steps and take care of every aspect we can. However, in contested divorces, it is our belief that no paralegal (or anyone other than a licensed attorney) should venture to proceed with a divorce. We want to make that abundantly clear. Should your divorce be like a “War of the Roses” we implore you to hire one of the many capable divorce attorneys in your town.

For the most part once you have hired Just Write and we begin working on your requested service(s) or document(s), a refund will not be provided. The Reason behind this is because once you hire Just Write we begin working on your legal documents immediately. We begin immediately because we want to provide the best and most urgent service to our clients as possible. Additionally, time, energy, and research goes into each project that Just Write is contracted for; therefore, providing a refund after work has already been completed would not do justice to Just Write.
